Hartbreak isn’t just a collection to him: it’s the brand he is striving to create, piece by piece, until every sheet, every stitch and every logo is exactly right.
Castro Apparel is a Black-owned streetwear brand out of Indianapolis, founded in 2026. It was inspired by his late grandmother and the legacy she left behind — Castro Hart is taking up after her, carrying her legacy forward into a brand of his own.
The Hartbreak Collection is Castro Apparel’s biggest collection — and its name is family. Hartbreak comes from Hart, the founder’s family last name, and it carries that name into every piece the brand makes.

Sheet note: the large emblem in the Pattern Detail close-up carries the crack but no needle and thread — the needle and thread appear on the main Hartbreak emblems in the sheet’s header and footer. On this version, two more small red cracked Hartbreak emblems were added to the closed bag’s FF pattern, sitting in previously empty yellow FF cells, the same size and style as the existing little emblems — the FF print stays dominant.

The women wear the cropped zip fleece with the hood down and wide-leg drawstring pants; the men wear the relaxed hooded fleece where the collar doesn’t match, and the thick stand collar where it does — Leopard is the one hood-only set. Every set has its matching furry hat, the rainbow Castro Apparel logo on the jacket, pants and hat, the gold Castro Apparel header with gold Limited Edition, the outfit laid flat, and the fabric panel on the sheet. Every pair of pants in this collection now carries glitter speckles — men’s and women’s, worn and in the flat-lay — while the jackets, hats and logos stay clean. A duffle bag for every sign — all twelve together on the cover grid below, then one detail sheet per sign: the bag in two views with its embroidered sign artwork, its custom gold zodiac tag, and the full panels for fabric, embroidery, straps, hardware and interior. One thing stated plainly up front: every Zodiac sheet still carries the old gold CASTRO’S APPAREL branding baked into its artwork — that gold wordmark is part of the sheets as they were made, and it is not the current rainbow logo. The rainbow logo on black heads this section; the sheets themselves are shown exactly as made, and the two slips worth knowing about are noted under Leo and Pisces below.
